The service ensures the secure transit of cryptocurrency via an automatic escrow procedure between the Buyer and the Seller. To purchase cryptocurrency, an escrow account must be created for currency exchange at any chosen rate, and a unique link to this account will be provided. This unique link to the crypto-escrow account allows both parties to access the transaction from any browser on any device and conduct a mutually beneficial currency exchange. The transaction begins once the Seller sends coins or tokens to the automatic crypto-escrow account of the dating exchange service for currency exchange. The exchange period is 30 minutes from the moment the cryptocurrency is deposited into the escrow wallet. Payment details for fiat currency from the Buyer to the Seller will be displayed in the order on the unique page of the active deal. All actions related to sending fiat transactions between the participants of the transaction are the unconditional personal responsibility of the participants. The gnomix.exchange service is not responsible for the actions of users but guarantees the proper execution of the dispute resolution procedure. CyberGnomes warn: never send your money to payment details provided outside the unique page of the crypto-escrow account, as this is a sign of fraud on the part of the Seller. In case of a violation of the exchange regulations, a user can open a dispute and await the involvement of an Arbitrator, who will resolve the issue by contacting the Buyer and Seller via video call. If the Buyer does not respond within 4 hours of the dispute being opened or cannot confirm via video call that they sent the fiat to the Seller’s account, the Arbitrator will close the transaction in favor of the Seller. If the Seller does not press the confirmation button for receiving fiat within 4 hours, and the Buyer confirms via video call that they have sent the fiat to the specified details, the Arbitrator will close the transaction in favor of the Buyer. The Arbitrator receives and uses the participants’ contact details only from the internal correspondence directly on the transaction page. During the dispute resolution process, both the Buyer and Seller must present all requested evidence to the Arbitrator via video call under recording. If either party refuses, the Arbitrator will conclude the transaction in favor of the opposing party. The crypto-escrow account’s exchange fees are differentiated and calculated in USD equivalent: • Transaction equivalent from $1 to $100: 5% fee • Transaction equivalent from $100 to $200: 4.5% fee • Transaction equivalent from $200 to $300: 3.5% fee • Transaction equivalent from $300 to $500: 3% fee • Transaction equivalent from $500 to $1000: 2% fee • Transaction equivalent from $1000 to $5000: 1.5% fee • Transaction equivalent from $5000 to $10000: 1% fee • Transaction equivalent from $10000 to $50000: 0.5% fee • Transactions equivalent to over $50000: 0.2% fee
