The Arbitrator receives and uses the contact information of the parties to the transaction only from internal correspondence directly on the transaction page. During the dispute resolution, the Buyer and the Seller are obliged to show the Arbitrator all the confirmations requested by him via video link for recording, in case of refusal, the Arbitrator closes the deal in favor of the opposite party.
